Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, during a meeting with Ilham Aliyev, emphasized the historical significance of the Washington agreements between Azerbaijan and Armenia.
“As Donald Trump noted, you, being in a powerful position, nevertheless went to sign such an essential document,” Tokayev said.
President Tokayev also emphasized that the agreements reached between the two states open up new horizons of cooperation throughout the region and beyond.
