Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky told reporters that Ukraine is ready to purchase about $2 billion worth of gas if necessary.
"We can also get additional gas from Greece. We have agreed with Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis. There is an understanding with other countries. With Azerbaijan too. Everyone is working on it. The gas issue will be resolved," Zelensky noted.
It should be noted that on the eve of winter, Ukraine's dependence on energy sources is increasing, also taking into account that the Russian side often attacks energy facilities.
