Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and US Secretary of State Marco Rubio had a telephone conversation.
The Russian Foreign Ministry reports that a constructive discussion took place on possible concrete steps to implement the agreements reached during the telephone conversation between Russian President Vladimir Putin and US President Donald Trump on October 16.
The State Department, in turn, announced that during the conversation with Lavrov, Rubio emphasized the importance of cooperation between Moscow and Washington in achieving a sustainable settlement of the conflict in Ukraine.
