US President Donald Trump has urged Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky to agree to Russia's terms to cede Donbas, the British Financial Times reports.
Trump warned that otherwise, Putin would "destroy" Ukraine.
The US president has studied the situation on the Ukrainian front line and insisted that Zelensky cede all of Donbas to Putin.
