This conclusion was reached by experts from the National Institute of Forensic Medicine, the IDF said in a statement.
“Hamas is obliged to make all necessary efforts to return the bodies of the dead hostages,” the IDF said.
On Monday, only four coffins containing the remains of the hostages were handed over to Israel, after which Israel reduced the number of trucks carrying humanitarian aid entering Gaza. Hamas then handed over four more bodies. Three of the bodies were identified as Uriel Baruch, Tamir Nimrodi, and Eitan Levy.
