The Georgian service of Radio Liberty reports that Finnish Foreign Minister and OSCE Chairperson-in-Office Elina Valtonen announced that Finland, not Georgia, canceled the meeting with Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze.
Recall that the Georgian government announced the cancellation of the meeting with Kobakhidze due to the spread of Elina Valtonen's participation in the illegal rally.
Valtonen had earlier left Georgia to meet with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.
