The visit of the OSCE Chairperson-in-Office, Finnish Foreign Minister Elina Valtonen, who is currently in Armenia, to Azerbaijan has been postponed, the Azerbaijani Report reports.
According to the publication, Elina Valtonen's visit to Azerbaijan was scheduled for October 13-15 as part of her tour of the South Caucasus.
The OSCE Chairperson-in-Office visited Armenia today and will leave for Georgia tomorrow.
According to the spokesman for the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, Aykhan Hajizadeh, the visit was canceled because Aliyev was scheduled to attend the Middle East Peace Summit.
