US President Donald Trump has not ruled out the possibility of transferring Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine.
"Ukraine really needs Patriot missiles. They would like to get Tomahawk missiles. We'll see," the US president said.
However, he did not rule out discussing this with Russia.
"I can talk to them. I can say: 'Look, if this war is not resolved, I will send them Tomahawk missiles,'" Trump said.
At the same time, he predicts that his decision to transfer the missiles to Ukraine will lead to further escalation of the situation.
"Tomahawk missiles are a new step of aggression. If this war is not resolved, I will send them Tomahawk missiles. "This is an incredible, potent weapon," Trump said.
