EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy Kaja Kallas has arrived in Kyiv. The EU official wrote about this on her page.
“The Ukrainians inspire the world with their courage. Their resilience requires our full support. Today I am in Kyiv to negotiate financial and military assistance, the security of Ukraine’s energy sector, and holding Russia accountable for war crimes,” Kaja Kallas wrote on her X page.
