There has been a pause in the dialogue on the settlement of Ukraine, Dmitry Peskov, the press secretary of the Russian president, said.
The Kremlin spokesman emphasized that Kyiv has not yet responded to the draft agreement and the proposal to establish working groups within the framework of the Istanbul agreements.
"The Ukrainian authorities are not committed to the peace process. They think that something will change on the front line, but reality shows the opposite."
