Russian and Azerbaijani Presidents Vladimir Putin and Ilham Aliyev are expected to meet in Dushanbe today, according to Dmitry Peskov, their press secretary.
“The fact that the meeting is taking place speaks of the intention of the two leaders to discuss all pressing issues,” he said.
The main topic on the agenda will be bilateral relations. Peskov noted that the Russian side is positive about them.
