The transfer of Tomahawk cruise missiles to Ukraine will lead to a qualitative change in the situation, but will not affect the goals of the special military operation. Moscow calls on Washington to adopt a sober and prudent approach to the issue of supplies to Kyiv, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov said.
"The use of such systems is possible only with the direct involvement of American personnel. I hope that those who are pushing Washington to make such a decision in this situation are well aware of the depth and seriousness of the consequences," Ryabkov stressed.
