Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has once again spoken about the amendments to the Armenian constitution and the process of normalizing relations.
“Azerbaijan’s consistent efforts and purposeful activities in the process of normalizing relations with Armenia, which has been in conflict for decades, are also aimed at establishing peace and stability in our region. We must continue our efforts to establish peace and stability in our region,” the minister said.
He emphasized that the “territorial claims” in the constitution must be eliminated.
“To properly assess this historic opportunity and conclude a peace treaty, it is necessary to eliminate Armenia’s territorial claims to Azerbaijan at the constitutional level,” he added.
