French Prime Minister Sebastien Le Corneille has resigned, just hours after the government's composition was announced, French media reported. According to the Elysee Palace, President Emmanuel Macron has accepted his resignation.
The government's composition was announced the day before. Le Corneille, who had previously held the position of Defense Minister, was appointed Prime Minister on September 9.
