A man drove a car into people outside Manchester's Heaton Park synagogue and stabbed them to death today.
The attack took place on Yom Kippur, one of the main Jewish holidays. According to updated information, two people were killed in the attack. It was previously reported that four people were injured.
The third alleged victim, the attacker, was shot dead by police. Law enforcement officials said they could not yet confirm his death "due to security concerns regarding the suspicious items he was carrying." A bomb squad is at the scene.
