Russian presidential spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that a meeting between Vladimir Putin and Vladimir Zelensky can only take place after thorough preparation at the expert level. He stressed that it is currently impossible to prepare for high-level contacts between Russia and Ukraine, as Kyiv has suspended negotiations.
Referring to the European Commission's plan to transfer 2 billion euros of frozen Russian assets to Kyiv, Peskov said that it undermines confidence in the principle of property inviolability.
