Nine people, including a child, have died in floods caused by heavy rains in Odessa and the Odessa region on Tuesday, Ukraine's rescue service said.
"In total, 362 people were rescued and 227 vehicles were evacuated," the Ukrainian Ministry of Emergency Situations reported.
