If Hamas agrees, the war will be stopped. Trump's plan

US President Donald Trump has presented a comprehensive and phased peace plan aimed at ending the Israeli-Palestinian conflict and turning a new page in the future of Gaza.

The plan envisages creating a deradicalised and terror-free Gaza that does not threaten its neighbours and becomes a model of development and peaceful coexistence.

Immediate steps to end the war

- If Hamas agrees, the war will be stopped.

- Israeli forces will withdraw to prepare for the release of prisoners.

- All military operations will be suspended, with front lines remaining unchanged until the final withdrawal of troops.

Prisoner exchange agreement

- All prisoners, alive and dead, will be returned within 72 hours of Israel’s agreement.

- In subsequent phases, Israel will release around 2,000 Palestinians, including women and children.

- A principle of mutual respect will be established in the event of the return of the dead.

Transitional Administration

- Gaza will be governed by a non-politicized Palestinian technocratic committee, with the involvement of international experts.

- A new body, the “Peace Council”, will be established, chaired by Donald Trump and co-chaired by Tony Blair. This body will oversee the reconstruction process until the complete restoration of Palestinian self-government is achieved.

Renaissance Plan and International Investment

- Trump’s economic development plan will be approved, which will combine the best practices of the region to transform Gaza into a prosperous and attractive investment area.

- A special economic zone will be established with preferential customs conditions.

- No one will be forced to leave Gaza. Those who wish to go will be free, and those who remain will be offered a clear opportunity to build a New Gaza.

Security without occupation

- Israel will not occupy Gaza.

- An International Stabilization Force will be established with the participation of Arab and Western partners.

- The disarmament process will be carried out with independent monitoring and international supervision. Members of Hamas who surrender their weapons and commit to a path of peace will be granted amnesty.

A new peace platform

- An interfaith dialogue platform will be established, the aim of which is to change the thinking of the parties around the values of peace and tolerance.

- If Hamas rejects this proposal, the program will be implemented in those parts of Gaza that will be removed from Israeli control.

Palestinian self-determination

In the event of the successful reconstruction of Gaza and reforms of the Palestinian Authority, it will be possible to create conditions for the Palestinian people to realize their aspiration for statehood.

The Role of the United States

The United States of America will restore its leadership role by providing a platform for Israeli-Palestinian political dialogue aimed at a peaceful, secure, and prosperous future.
