Georgia is lost to Europe. Zelensky

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, addressing the participants of the Warsaw Security Forum via video link, reiterated that Georgia is lost to Europe.

Zelensky commented on the victory of pro-European forces in the parliamentary elections in Moldova.

"Today, we congratulate Moldova. The idea of Europe, the idea of normal and stable national development, has won the elections. Russia's destructive influence will no longer spread in Europe. This morning, I spoke with Maia Sandu and congratulated her on the fact that Russia was unable to destabilize Moldova, despite the huge resources spent on undermining the country," Zelensky said.

He then stated that the situation in Moldova differs from that in Georgia.

"Today, Georgia is lost to Europe in many ways. Maybe one day it will return to the European path. However, Europe should not disregard everything that is happening there and in Belarus. "Every success of Russia in our region is always a loss for Europe. Therefore, we cannot afford to lose a single day and a single country," Zelensky stressed.
