For the second time in a week, unidentified drones have been spotted near Danish airports.
Danish Defense Minister Troels Lund Poulsen said there was no evidence linking the incidents to Russia. He said the drones were likely launched from nearby areas. However, Latvian Foreign Minister Baiba Bražen told Reuters that Denmark had informed allies that a foreign state was behind the drone flights.
“The Danish authorities have indicated that this is a state action. We are waiting for further assessments from our Danish partners, but it is already clear to us and our allies that we need to invest in counter-drone measures,” Bražen said.
