Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk said that US President Donald Trump is passing the responsibility for ending the war in Ukraine to Europe.
"President Trump has said that Ukraine can return all of its territory with the support of the EU. This surprising optimism is based on the announcement of a decrease in US participation and the transfer of responsibility to Europe. The truth is better than fiction," he said.
