Ukrainian drones have struck residential buildings and a hotel in the Russian city of Novorossiysk. Initial reports indicate three people were killed and eight were injured.
The attack also damaged the office of the Caspian Pipeline Consortium in Novorossiysk.
This is an international project involving Russia, Kazakhstan, and major oil companies. The main pipeline carries oil from Western Kazakhstan and Russia to a terminal near Novorossiysk for shipment to the world market.
