Levon Azizyan, Director of the Center for Hydrometeorology and Monitoring SNCO, wrote on his Facebook page:
“An intense heat wave is forming in most of Europe over the next three days. In France, Germany, Italy, and the Balkans, around +30°C is expected; in some places, it may even exceed that figure.
The air temperature will be about +15°C above normal. Fortunately, this intense heat is relatively short-lived: from Sunday to Monday, cooler air will begin to penetrate, especially in Western Europe.”
