EU Commissioner for Enlargement and European Neighborhood Policy Marta Kos will visit Baku. The press service of the European Union Representation in Baku reported this.
Kos's visit to Baku will begin on September 18. It is noted that the European Commissioner will have several meetings with President Aliyev, Foreign Minister Bayramov, and Economy Minister Jabbarov.
"The visit coincides with a crucial stage in the peace process between Armenia and Azerbaijan and will provide an opportunity to present the EU agenda on interregional relations as a concrete contribution to regional development," the service said in a statement.
