European Union countries have postponed discussions on a new package of sanctions against Russia after Donald Trump demanded that they stop buying Russian oil and impose tariffs of up to 100% on China and India.
The European Commission was supposed to present its proposals on the package on Wednesday, but now it will not happen, Politico and Bloomberg reported.
EU governments received this information on Monday evening, Politico writes. It is not known when the new discussion may take place.
