US President Donald Trump has said he is ready to tighten US sanctions against Russia, provided that Europe also tightens its restrictions in line with Washington's actions.
"Europe buys oil from Russia. I don't want them to buy oil. And the sanctions that they are applying are not strong enough. I want to apply sanctions, but they will have to tighten their sanctions in line with my actions," Trump said.
