The Bild article says that NATO used F-35s and AIM-9 Sidewinder missiles, each of which costs about 400 thousand euros, to shoot down drones that invaded Poland. 3 such missiles were used.

At the same time, the cost of one complete drone is several thousand euros. A senior NATO official admitted that the regular use of F-35s against drones is pointless, and the alliance is considering other, more affordable options for countermeasures.
