Zelensky’s chief of staff, Yermak, reported in a telephone conversation with US Secretary of State Marco Rubio that Russia had struck the Ukrainian government building with an Iskander missile. Yermak wrote about this on his Telegram page.
“I have reported on the constant strikes of the Russians, who are attacking our cities and residential buildings with drones and missiles. They are killing civilians, children, and destroying our infrastructure. For the first time, the enemy has attacked the Ukrainian government building; the strike was carried out with an Iskander missile,” he wrote.
The Russian Defense Ministry also reported that on Sunday, the Russian army struck only military and industrial targets in Kyiv.
