The European countries that are part of the coalition of the willing have prepared post-war security guarantees for Ukraine and will be ready to provide them after Kyiv and Moscow sign a peace agreement. French President Emmanuel Macron announced this while receiving his Ukrainian counterpart, Volodymyr Zelensky, in Paris.
“The contributions of the countries, which were prepared, documented, and approved this afternoon at the level of defense ministers in strict secrecy, allow us to declare that this work is complete and will now be approved politically,” the French president said.
