Aliyev and Pashinyan have the same opinion; they are looking in the same direction. Erdogan.

After returning from China, Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan spoke about the South Caucasus, Armenian-Azerbaijani relations, and his meeting with the Armenian and Azerbaijani leaders.

He expressed hope that the South Caucasus will achieve the peace it seeks.

"The White House signatures have undoubtedly accelerated the process of normalizing Armenia-Azerbaijani relations. Azerbaijan and Armenia have significantly overcome the obstacles on the path to peace and have reached the final stage.

I had a comprehensive meeting with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, then with Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. In both meetings, I saw that Aliyev and Pashinyan agree. They are looking in the same direction. There are no problems or disagreements regarding the "Zangezur Corridor," Erdogan said.

According to Erdogan, Aliyev is much more confident on this issue, especially after he visited the United States, which was a decisive factor for the parties' further steps.

"With the establishment of peace in our region, land and railway roads, which are very important, will be activated, border crossings will be opened, and many sectors, in particular trade, will have a positive impact. This will probably have a positive impact on us as well. The countries of the region will also benefit from using new opportunities for cooperation. This is clear. Russia and Iran will also understand in the future that their concerns were unfounded," the Turkish president emphasized.
