Russia has provided Israel with military data on Iran

Mohammad Sadr, a member of Iran’s Political Expediency Council, stated in an interview with the magazine “Synergy” that Russia has provided information about Iran to Israel.

“Russia has provided information about Iran’s defense systems to Israel. The incident of Raisi’s death is the work of Israel,” he said.

According to Sadr, during the recent 12-day war between Israel and Iran, as well as previous clashes, Russia provided Israel with information about Iran’s defense centers. “This war clearly showed that the strategic alliance with Russia has collapsed,” he emphasized.

Sadr, who served as Iran’s deputy foreign minister during the reformist government, added: “Russia agreed to sell S-400 systems to NATO member Turkey, but not to us. We have a strategic agreement, the issue of purchasing Su-35 fighters has long been on the agenda, but they are not providing them to us either.”

According to him, “Russia has a special bias towards Israel.” Sadr noted: “Let’s maintain relations with Russia, but let’s not trust it.”

The member of the Advisory Council also emphasized that, in his opinion, the downing of the helicopter of then-President Seyyed Ebrahim Raisi was the work of Israel. “With this assassination, Israel has sent a practical signal: if Iran continues, we will continue,” Sadr declared.
