Russian President Vladimir Putin is ready to meet with Vladimir Zelensky only if all issues that require high-level discussion are well-developed, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said.
“The President has repeatedly said that he is ready to meet with Mr. Zelensky, understanding that all issues that require high-level discussion will be well-developed, and experts and ministers will prepare appropriate proposals,” he said after talks with Indian Foreign Minister Subrahmanyam Jaishankar.
