Musk intends to finance J.D. Vance's presidential campaign

The Wall Street Journal reports that billionaire Elon Musk has postponed his plans to create a third party in the United States to avoid spoiling relations with influential Republicans.

Instead, Musk is said to be directing some of his vast financial resources to support J.D. Vance if he decides to run for president in 2028.

The source added that the businessman has not officially abandoned the idea of creating a new party and may return to it closer to the midterm elections.
