US Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced that Russian President Vladimir Putin has expressed his willingness to meet with Volodymyr Zelensky, following a proposal from US President Donald Trump.
The US Secretary of State called it an unprecedented step, noting that the US administration is working to organize a meeting.
“I think the fact that people are starting to talk to each other is important. This has not happened for three and a half years,” Marco Rubio emphasized.
