The commander-in-chief of the Ukrainian armed forces, Alexander Sirsky, has stated that the Pokrovsky direction remains decisive for the Russians.
According to him, the Russian side is now moving its units from Sumy to the Zaporozhye direction. This will be the second direction in which they plan to launch active offensive operations.
“There will probably still be the Novopavlovskaya direction. Active operations are being carried out in the Liman direction. There, too, the Russians are trying to achieve success, but the military operations there are on a smaller scale,” he said in an interview with RBC-Ukraine.
