Trump is ready to offer Putin access to rare earth metals in Alaska in exchange for peace in Ukraine, The Telegraph reports.
“US President Donald Trump plans to offer Russia access to the region’s rare earth resources and partially lift sanctions on the Russian aviation industry during a meeting with Putin in Anchorage, Alaska,” The Telegraph reports.
According to the publication, this initiative is part of a package of economic proposals aimed at encouraging Moscow to end the war in Ukraine.
