The British newspaper The Guardian also reported on the meeting to be held today and the possible agreements to be signed.
According to the newspaper, the transit corridor is expected to eventually include a railway, oil and gas pipelines, as well as fiber optic lines, which will allow the transport of goods and, ultimately, people.
It is also reported that, according to the agreement, the money for its construction will not be provided by the United States. Still, instead, private corporations will be allowed to invest.
