US Secretary of State Marco Rubio also touched upon the trilateral meeting of the leaders of Armenia, the United States, and Azerbaijan to be held today in an interview with journalist Raymond Arroyo.
The Secretary of State expressed hope that a peace agreement will be initiated.
“Azerbaijan and Armenia, I hope we will be here this week, on Friday, to sign an agreement and to lay the beginning of a peace agreement,” the US Secretary of State said.
