Azerbaijani Deputy Foreign Minister Araz Azimov met with Iranian Ambassador to Baku Mujtaba Demirchilu, ISNA news agency reported.
During the meeting, the current state of Iranian-Azerbaijani relations, as well as regional and international processes, were discussed.
Demirchilu noted that relations between the two countries are developing based on friendship and brotherhood.
The parties emphasized the importance of continuing cooperation based on mutual interests and the need to strengthen bilateral ties further.
