The third round of talks between the Russian and Ukrainian delegations is scheduled to begin in Istanbul on July 23, according to Interfax news agency, which cited the Turkish state-run TRT Haber.
RIA Novosti's source claims that the talks could begin at 7:00 p.m. Moscow time at the Chirag Palace, but the date and time are still being finalized and may change.
The parties have not yet officially announced the date of the talks.
The composition of the Russian delegation in the talks on Ukraine has remained unchanged, according to an Interfax source.
