Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has instructed the formation of a delegation for negotiations with the Russian Federation, scheduled for July 23. The Ukrainian delegation will be headed by Rustem Umerov, Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation.
The head of state held a meeting in Turkey on the eve of the negotiations with the Russian side.
“I have instructed to form a delegation for negotiations with the Russian side. Rustem Umerov will head the delegation, and the delegation will include representatives of the Ukrainian intelligence service, the Foreign Ministry, and the President’s Office,” Zelensky stressed.
