Azerbaijan is preparing documents against Russia to appeal to international courts in connection with the downing of the AZAL plane. Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev announced this.
According to him, they understand very well what happened, but they do not receive any clear answer from the Russian side.
"The Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan sends inquiries to the head of the Russian Investigative Committee, but in response, he only hears the wording "the investigation is ongoing." Such a position is not effective," Aliyev said.
