The Turkish Foreign Ministry has said that Israel's attacks on Damascus are an "attempt to undermine" Syria's efforts to establish peace.
The ministry stated that the Syrian people "have a historic opportunity to live in peace and integrate into the world community."
"All interested parties that support this opportunity should contribute to the Syrian government's efforts to establish peace," the ministry added.
