As Reuters reports, citing US officials, 155mm artillery shells and GMLRS missiles fired from HIMARS installations have been sent to Ukraine.
The sources did not specify how much ammunition has been sent or whether it is already on the front lines.
This news appeared against the backdrop of Donald Trump's statements: the other day, he admitted that he was "very dissatisfied with Putin's behavior" and America would have to supply weapons to Ukraine again. Almost immediately after that, the Pentagon confirmed the start of new supplies.
Recall that a week ago, supplies were suspended by order of Defense Secretary Pete Hegsett.
