The demilitarization and denationalization of Ukraine, the withdrawal of lawsuits against Russia, the lifting of anti-Russian sanctions, and the return of assets should be enshrined in a peace agreement. Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov made this statement.
He emphasized that Russia has been and remains open to a diplomatic solution to the conflict, but we should talk about a stable peace, not a ceasefire.
The Russian Foreign Minister added that a stable settlement is impossible without eliminating the root causes of the conflict.
