Donald Trump expressed disappointment with the outcome of his conversation with Russian President Vladimir Putin, saying that the latter was not ready for negotiations on the settlement of the war in Ukraine.
The US president also announced that he intends to have a phone conversation with Zelensky today.
"I will speak with President Zelensky tomorrow morning. I am disappointed with the conversation I had with Putin today, as I believe he isn't prepared, and it was not very pleasant. I am just saying that I do not think he will stop, and it is sad," he said.
Trump again blamed Biden, emphasizing that all this would not have happened if he were president.
"So on the one hand, I had to get too deep into it, because this is Biden's war, and I found myself in the spotlight, as I have already done with migration and many other issues that they have ruined. "But I was not satisfied with the conversation," the president said.
