The United States has temporarily suspended the supply of several weapons, including Patriot air defense missiles, to Ukraine, NBC News reported, citing Pentagon sources.
The decision is related to a review of US military stockpiles and a possible shortage of ammunition. According to sources, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has ordered an inspection of depleted stockpiles, in particular after aid was sent to Ukraine and the Middle East.
The supplies are suspended until the assessment is completed. If the ammunition is needed in other regions, a long-term pause may follow.
