Minval publishes recording showing AZAL plane hit after Russian Defense Ministry orders

The Azerbaijani Ministry of Defense has published a recording in which the Russian Ministry of Defense ordered the destruction of a civilian aircraft of the AZAL airline.
According to the news agency, they received an anonymous letter, which, with attached files, confirms that the Azerbaijani civilian aircraft, the AZAL Embraer E190, was shot down by the Russian "Pantsir-S" system after an order from the Ministry of Defense.
The editorial staff of Minval did not confirm the authenticity of these materials but made them public due to their public importance.
