The crisis between Russia and Azerbaijan deepens: new actions in Voronezh

After Yekaterinburg, according to Russian media, large-scale searches are taking place in the Voronezh region of Russia, and representatives of the Azerbaijani diaspora are being arrested.

It is reported that law enforcement agencies have declared war on the “owners” of the Alekseevsky market in Voronezh. It has long been the focus of attention of security officers. Several times a year, enhanced measures are held here to detect violations in the field of migration. Residents regularly complain about the behavior of visitors and the unsanitary conditions.

According to Russian telegram channels, the situation became tense when a group of migrants blocked the truck of a Russian driver. They demanded to leave the vehicle with them for several days.

The “owners of the market” threatened to damage the car with cutting and piercing objects, emphasizing that they would not do anything to them for this.

The forces of the “Russian Community” nationalist organization and the police were required to rescue the driver.

The situation was taken under personal control by Police Colonel-General Andrei Kikot, the head of the Migration Service of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs, who was appointed to this position on April 2. On June 25, a large-scale raid commenced at the Alekseevsky market, involving employees of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Rosgvardia, within the framework of the operational-preventive operation “Nelegal-2025”. The press service of the Main Department of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs clarified that there were three events.
