Iran's Supreme National Security Council says it has "forced Israel to stop the war"
The Secretariat of Iran’s National Security Council issued a statement saying it “urged Israel and its supporters to cease the war.”
“Following the aggression of the Zionist enemy, your brave and selfless sons in the armed forces of the Islamic Republic of Iran responded, by order of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution and the Supreme Commander-in-Chief, by resolutely repelling every provocation of the enemy with unprecedented courage.
Within the framework of these actions, the American Al-Udeid base, and then the entire occupied territory, became the target of missile strikes.
The prudence and tireless efforts of the fighters and the wise leadership turned into a victory that forced the enemy to repent, accept defeat, and unilaterally stop its aggression,” the statement said.
